Jaraman Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Generous ripe fruit flavours of the Clare Valley are balanced with elegant, fine tannins, lifted mint character and velvety finish of the Coonawarra.

Tasting Notes

Nose: There are lifted aromas of violet and carnation with notes of cherry, blackcurrant and fresh green bell pepper. Subtle cedarwood, floral spice and choc-mint add complexity.

Palate:On the palate, this is a graceful yet powerful wine with fresh varietal flavours of mint, cassis and dark fruits. The cool 2023 season has delivered intensity and focus, with elegant tannins providing structure and poise. Overall, the wine is well balanced with persistence and length, showcasing both restraint and penetrating flavour.

Colour: At release, the wine has a deep garnet red colour with an opaque core and a youthful crimson hue to the edges, showing brilliant clarity.
