Nose: The wine has a youthful, lifted aroma characterised by citrus and lime along with delicate hints of rose petal and rose water.

Palate:The palate is vibrant and zesty, bursting with lemon tart, sherbet-like citrus acidity. Layers of fresh grapefruit, tropical fruit, and honeydew melon are lifted by delicate notes of pithy orange peel and a hint of marmalade. The wine is lively and refreshing, with a bright acidity that ensures a long, clean finish.

Colour: At release the wine is a pale straw yellow colour with faint green luminescence hues at the edge.
