Wine Bouquet
An intense fresh aroma, with an array of tropical fruit including; pineapple, passion fruit and grapefruit. It also shows a hint of the asparagus varietal character associated with Sauvignon Blanc.
Wine Palate
This wine has good structure and generous weight with flavours of passion fruit, lime and grapefruit. There is good length with zippy acidity and persistence. The palate has a pleasant, mouth filling texture and great balance.
Cellaring Notes
This wine should be enjoyed while still young and fresh.
