Elegant characters of fresh lime, lemon and subtle tropical fruit. A crisp and refreshing palate that finishes with lively balanced acidity.
Upon release the wine is a very pale colour with subtle green highlights to the edges.
Wine Bouquet
The wine has restrained floral aromas of orange blossom and rose petal combined with strong regional and varietal aromas of lime zest.
Wine Palate
On release, the wine has a fresh lemon-lime flavoured palate with a crisp acid backbone. The finish has a subtle, pleasing mineral character.
Cellaring Notes
This wine has been crafted to be both enjoyed while young and fresh but will reward careful cellaring under ideal conditions up to and possibly beyond 2014.
