Wine Colour
At release, the wine is an intense red/black colour with a brick red hue.

Wine Bouquet
At release, the wine has ripe cherry and plum aromas along with coffee, cinnamon and black olive nuances. Barrel fermentation has provided the complex characters of chocolate and cashew nuts.

Wine Palate
At release, the wine has sweet fruit and a rich, luscious mid palate. While being mouth filling and generous, the palate retains elegance and well balanced natural acidity. The palate shows the results of high quality oak use with overtones of vanilla and subtle tobacco characters. The wine has a long, persistent finish.
