Wine Colour
Deep red with brick red hues.

Wine Bouquet
The wine has lifted varietal fruit aromas of black cherry and cassis. Spice, dark chocolate and cigar box like aromas add layers of complexity.

Wine Palate
This cabernet has luscious black cherry, licorice and cassis fruit characters. French oak barrel maturation has resulted in cinnamon, spice and cedar characters, adding to the charm. The palate has a ‘weighty’ presence with fine long Cabernet Sauvignon tannins and clean acid. The finish is long and with great persistence.

Cellaring Notes
This wine has been sealed with a screw cap to protect the wine quality. It is delicious upon release but will reward careful cellaring to 2012, possibly longer.
