Wine Colour
At release the wine is light yellow with a light green hue.

Wine Bouquet
A fresh and appealing fruit driven aroma of melon, citrus, pineapples, fig, lime and faint white peach.

Wine Palate
The wine has elements of delicacy upfront but has a rich generous mid palate and finish. Citrus, white peach and rock melon characters dominate the palate. The wine has balanced acidity finishing with the sensation of fresh green apples.

Cellaring Notes
Ideal for immediate consumption. Bottled under screw cap to preserve freshness and fruit characters.
