At relelase, the wine is a deep red colour with purple hues.

Wine Bouquet
Enticing fruit aromas of ripe plum, cassis and a hint of liquorice allsorts along with subtle chocolate and spice from the oak maturation.

Wine Palate
A balanced medium bodied wine with a lively palate of juicy red berries, plum, cassis, chocolate and spice. The wine has a soft, supple feel with silky smooth tannins from oak maturation.

Cellaring Notes
Ready for immediate enjoyment however with careful cellaring will develop further to 2015, possibly longer.

  We love our blend of shiraz and cabernet in Australia. It makes so much sense with the flesh of shiraz and the extended power of the cabernet knitting together. This one is medium-bodied and brimming with fleshy black fruits and dark plum character. Nice fine tannin and a little oak to boot.
