Deep red with a vibrant purple hue

Wine Bouquet
Complex aromas of plums, black berries, cassis, licorice and assorted spice. Underlying glimpses of smoky bacon, vanilla and tobacco are also evident.

Wine Palate
Flavours of spice, plums and vanilla carry over from the bouquet. A generous wine with great acid balance, well integrated oak and silky smooth tannins which form a well structured wine with a soft persistent finish.


Cellaring Notes
Has been crafted to be enjoyed immediately but will cellar up to and possibly beyond 2011.
