Wine Colour
Ruby red with brick coloured hues.

Wine Bouquet
The Shiraz brings characters of chocolate, licorice, spice and black pepper. Whilst the Cabernet Sauvignon brings mint, cedar, tobacco leaf, clove and black cherry characters to the blend.

Wine Palate
The wine exhibits a completeness and harmony across the palate. The Shiraz fills out the mid palate with a round, soft texture and the Cabernet Sauvignon dominates the finish of the wine with fine long tannins. The result is a wine with a rich mid palate but a persistent delicate red berry finish.

Cellaring Notes
Has been crafted to be enjoyed immediately but will cellar up to and possibly beyond 2010.
