Wine Colour
Youthful deep purple with ruby hue.

Wine Bouquet
Prominent black cherry, plum and spice notes lead to hints of dark chocolate, black olives and cedar.

Wine Palate
The palate has bold black cherry and sweet plum fruit characters which carry throughout the palate. Oak derived characters such as cedar, dark chocolate and cigar box increase the complexity of the finely structured palate. The wine has soft, long and persistant tannins that linger in the palate. A good
balance between the richness of Shiraz and the elegance and length of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cellaring Notes
The wine can be enjoyed now or cellared up to 2010.
