Light straw-green; a very well-crafted riesling at this price point, the varietal expression clear, the flavours with more flesh and the acidity less pointed than many from the vintage; is fruity rather than sweet, and there's no need to wait.

Light and fragrant riesling displaying a nice mix of floral and citrus notes on the nose. The palate is clean and pure with a refreshing zippy acid. It's a riesling for the short term with excellent fruit flavours. Ideal with some spicy food.

A Clare Valley label usually guarantees riesling quality and this is a good example. Despite a moderate price tag, it offers attractive varietal personality, with aromas of blossom, slatey ground and citrus. It is clean and dry-tasting, with fine texture, a straightforward riesling flavour and a zippy finish.
