Wine Colour
At release, the wine has a deep, rich crimson colour with a vibrant purple hue to the edges.

Wine Bouquet
There are lifted aromas of ripe, dark berries along with subtle plum and cafe creme mocha and spicy overtones of nutmeg, cinnamon and clove aromas.

Wine Palate
This is a rich, full-bodied wine with intense flavours of ripe dark cherry, plum, blackberry and blueberry fruit, with attractive spicy, charry oak characters of coffee and chocolate. The palate is well balanced with a silky, subtle soft, yet full texture to the mid-palate. The finish is persistent with lingering velvety tannins.

Cellaring Notes
Will reward careful cellaring in ideal conditions to 2023, possibly beyond.
