Rich and voluptuous McLaren Vale fruit is married to the intense, ripe and lightly peppered berry fruit of the Clare Valley.
At release the wine is deep red with a vibrant purple hue.
Wine Bouquet
Lifted varietal aromas of plum and ripe berry are evident along with subtle white pepper, spice and vanilla and cedar from the oak maturation.
Wine Palate
A rich and generous wine with sweet black berry and blood plum fruit flavours. It has a voluptuous mouth-filling palate with soft and silky tannins. American oak flavours of subtle vanilla and chocolate are evident along with a subtle spiciness. The finish is warm and long with a pleasing persistence.

A thick T Bone steak with green veggies and fried sweet potato.
