Wine Colour
On release the wine is a very pale straw colour with a slight green tinge to the edges.

Wine Bouquet
It has intense lifted aromas of ripe citrus and fresh stonefruit with a hint of wispy gunflint and subtle spice.

Wine Palate
The Clare Valley parcel delivers mid palate fleshiness along with enticing citrus and white peach characters. The Adelaide Hills component brings refined white nectarine characters and length to the palate whilst the Margaret River component contributes restrained flinty notes that are typical of this region. There is a subtle creaminess to the mid-palate but overall, the texture is fine and tight with a clear crisp acidity and a long, graceful finish.
