At release, the wine is a very pale straw colour.
Wine Bouquet
The wine has pungent aromas of gooseberry along with grassy and briar wood notes combined with hints of tropical fruits.
Wine Palate
On release, the wine displays exotic fruit flavours of lychee, dragon fruit and spice along with classic lemon peel and herbal notes. The palate is well-balanced, crisp and refreshing with a pure acid line and there is a mineral character to the finish.
