Wine Bouquet
The wine has an invitingly bright and vibrant aroma of lemon, lime, lychees, and melon with subtle floral notes of rose.
Wine Palate
The wine has fresh, crisp flavours of lemon, gooseberry and spice. The mid palate is full flavoured and dominated by melon characters with a lingering fresh flavour.
Cellaring Notes
This wine has been crafted to be enjoyed upon release, however with careful cellaring the wine will continue to develop and be enjoyed up to and possibly beyond 2009.
