Wine Colour
At release, the wine is a bright straw colour with green tinges to the edge.

Wine Bouquet
At release, the wine displays lifted aromas of white peach and candied citrus which are in harmony with subtle apricot and spice.

Wine Palate
At release, the wine has a crisp, round palate with fresh fruit characters of peach and nectarine on the mid palate and zesty lemon on the back palate. There is also subtle spice characters to the flavour. The wine is medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and long, persistent finish.

Cellaring Notes
Drink now if you like your wine young and fresh! If you like a bit of maturity in your Chardonnay, the wine will benefit from careful cellaring up to and possibly beyond 2013.
