Wine Bouquet
The wine shows obvious Clare Valley Chardonnay aromas of pineapple, peach, melon and citrus which are in harmony with subtle apricot and spice.

Wine Palate
The wine has a round, luscious mouth filling palate. It has a myriad of fruit characters throughout the palate including citrus, melon, pineapple and apricot. There is also subtle cinnamon and nutmeg spice characters to the flavour. The wine is medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and a rich, almost creamy finish.

Cellaring Notes
Drink now if you like your wine young and fresh! If you like a bit of maturity in your Chardonnay, the wine will benefit from careful cellaring up to and possibly beyond 2011.
