Antipasto Platter

Ingredients

200g Spanish Hot Salami

200g Parma Ham

200g Pastrami

100g Olives

200g Parmesan Cheese shaved thick edges

200g Grilled and Marinated Capsicum (you can pick this up at your local deli)

100g Drained Anchovy Fillets (to taste)

100g Marinated Artichoke Hearts

2 Bunches of blanched asparagus

 


Directions

Arrange the ingredients on a large platter in piles or rows. Place other antipasto in mezze bowls.

Wrap the asparagus in parma ham and arrange on a platter.

According to taste feel free to choose meats that you prefer, even seafood such as smoked salmon will work well if accompanied with the right wine - such as a Semillon.

Serve with Turkish bread or grilled Ciabatta.
