Wine Colour

Pale straw with a slightly yellow hue upon release.


Wine Bouquet

The wine has intense lifted aromas of passionfruit, guava, lemon, green melon and a hint of snow pea.


Wine Palate

This is a tightly structured, delicate wine displaying an excellent balance of fruit and acid. The palate has tropical characters of passionfruit, melon, guava with subtle grassy overtones. The wine finishes with a crisp and refreshing minerally acidity.
