900g gravy beef, cubed
1 large onion
1 celery stick
1 large carrot
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
750 ml beef stock
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp cardamon seeds
½ tsp raw sugar
2 tsp paprika
salt and pepper


Cube the beef. Peel and slice the onion, carrot and celery. Sauté in olive oil until tender, put into casserole dish. Heat for 3-5 minutes.

In separate pan, sauté the beef, garlic, marjoram, cardamon seeds, brown sugar, paprika and seasoning. Add to casserole dish. Add stock. Bring to boil, simmer for 1 hour.
