Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
100 g cooked bacon, in small cubes
cos lettuce leaves
sourdough bread
olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 hard boiled egg
shaved pecorino cheese
Caesar salad dressing

Directions
Cut bread into cubes, mix with olive oil, place in hot oven until crisp.
Cut chicken into cubes and pan fry in olive oil and garlic. Add bacon cubes. Remove from pan, drain on paper towels.
Assemble cos lettuce leaves, quartered boiled egg, add bacon, chicken and croutons.
Pour over salad dressing, serve with shaved pecorino cheese.
