500g chicken pieces, boned
1 tsp clarified butter (ghee)
1 chopped brown onion
korma curry paste
125 mls (1/3 can) coconut cream
1 cubed green pepper
Brown the chicken in butter, add onions and green pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes. Add curry paste, stir for few minutes. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, add coconut cream, stir gently for few minutes.
Serve with basmati rice & pappadams.
