10 fresh figs
2 tbsp of your favourite Wakefield red wine
juice of 1 orange
200 gms mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp liquid honey
Halve the figs, place in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle sugar over figs, splash over red wine, pour over the orange juice. Bake in preheated oven at 180º for 25-30 minutes.
Mix honey and mascarpone mixed together, dollop over figs.
