Food type: Turkey


½ boneless turkey breast
1 Turkish roll
Swiss cheese, shredded
red onion rings
2 lettuce leaves
30g char-grilled capsicum
1 tsp virgin olive oil
salt and cracked pepper
virgin olive oil


Brush turkey breast with olive oil, place on foil tray and grill for around 20 minutes in oven, or cook on a barbeque.

While the turkey is cooking, slice the bread roll in half, sprinkle one half with Swiss cheese.

Place rolls under hot grill until the cheese melts. Then add in the turkey breast and char-grilled capsicum, top of with the other half of the roll. Serve hot.
