Cabernet Shiraz Merlot 2006Wine Colour Vibrant red with a youthful purple hue (on release). Wine Bouquet The wine has a lifted complex nose with aromas of blackcurrant, plum and mint. More savoury characters of dried herbs, spice, cedar and chocolate add to the wines charm. Wine Palate The wine has luscious berry characters throughout the palate while spice, liquorice and dark chocolate characters add complexity. The wine, whilst rich in texture, has a soft, round mid palate with long elegant tannins and a velvety, persistent finish. Suggested Food Matching Try it with Moussaka or even Irish stew.
